Qualifications

• Two to four years of management experience.
• Four year college degree preferred.
• Coaching skills.
• Self-Motivated.
• Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision, be part of and lead a team, and work unscheduled hours when required.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an effective Key Account Team to exceed productivity and quality targets.
• Coach based on monitored calls and metrics of the service dispatch team.
• Approve all worked hours and approved benefit time following payroll processes.
• Manage customer service calls, dispatch, quotes and project management for CNA clients.
• Coordinate with Service Department to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in weekly Ideas meetings and staff development activities.
