Qualifications

• 2–4 years in project coordination or similar roles.
• Experience managing active work queues, orders or customer requests.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, Operations).
• Experience with structured processes, documentation, and escalation.
• Experience interacting with customers, vendors or manufacturers to update on orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of customer projects, orders, timelines, and material logistics.
• Manage active queue of requests, open orders, and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Enter quotes and orders in ERP with accurate pricing and documentation.
• Track progress, material availability, shipping, and delivery milestones with updates.
• Proactively communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams about status and next steps.
