The candidate will work with customers, managers, and technical staff, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication. A construction background and proficiency in MS Office are valued, with opportunities to grow within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Construction management degree or two years’ experience in a project coordination role preferred but not required
• Strong mathematical ability; must verify bids for accuracy
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed and coordinate orders within budget
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within scope and budget
• Present information clearly to managers and clients and explain technical findings to customers
• Help maintain job files with information for accurate billing and completion
• Collaborate with strategic partners and internal service teams to meet SLAs
• Other responsibilities as assigned
