The role serves as liaison between customers, technicians, vendors and subcontractors, handling client communication, problem-solving and basic account management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of administrative experience preferred; however an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Must be able to problem solve using good judgement
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Use multiple programs for daily communication with customers to understand their needs and provide job updates
• Work with internal employees and subcontractors to collect quotes and timing on customer orders
• Maintain large quantity of job orders to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and material manufacturer relationships
