Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the National Accounts Facilities team. The role is on-site at our HQ in Olathe, KS, and focuses on meeting project objectives within deadlines and budgets by coordinating with general contractors and managing submittals, plans, and specifications.

The ideal candidate has a Construction Management degree and at least 3 years of PM/engineer experience, with strong skills in Procore, Excel, and communication. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Construction Management degree required with 3+ years as a PM or engineer for construction settings.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven work style.
• Familiarity with bidding, RFI, submittals, contracts, change orders, site safety, progress meetings.
• Proficient with Procore, Excel, Outlook and related tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans/specifications to determine materials, budget, and vendor coordination.
• Direct activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; provide updates.
• Present information clearly to managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project execution, forecasting, and problem solving.
• Maintain project files and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with partners and service teams to meet SLAs.
