Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS is hiring a Sr. Project Manager to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget through effective planning, directing, and coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, construction PM/estimating experience, proficiency in Excel and Word, and a proven ability to manage fast-paced projects while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• PM or Estimating experience within the construction industry preferred.
• Excel and Word experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
• Manage projects in carpentry, drywall or general construction.
• Review plans and specs to determine time frames, budget parameters, staffing, and resources.
• Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; provide technical advice and troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; review status reports and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities or solve problems.
• Work with submittals, permits, closeouts, and ordering parts.
• Responsible for financial success of projects.
• Take on additional company projects as assigned.
