DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the National Accounts Facilities department. The position is on-site at our corporate headquarters in Olathe, KS.

The Project Manager will ensure construction project objectives are met on time and within budget by coordinating with general contractors and managing submittals, plans, and specifications. The ideal candidate has a Construction Management degree with at least three years of experience as a Construction Project Engineer or

Qualifications

• Construction Management Degree with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Construction Project Engineer or Construction Assistant Project Manager.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with bidding, RFI, submittals, contracts, change orders, site safety/management, progress meetings, Procore, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to determine materials, place orders, and coordinate with vendors within budget.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Present information clearly to managers, clients, and customers and explain technical findings.
