This on-site role is located at our corporate headquarters in Olathe, KS, where you will partner with general contractors and manage submittals, plans, and specifications to meet project objectives on time and within budget. Qualifications

• Construction Management degree or two years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager/Engineer in construction or service environment preferred
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced deadline-focused setting
• Mechanically minded with strong mathematical ability to verify bids for accuracy
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Review construction project plans and specifications; determine materials needed and coordinate with vendors
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget
• Present information clearly to managers, clients, and customers; communicate technical findings effectively
• Master project coordination and problem solving with good judgment and forecasting
• Maintain project files and ensure accurate billing and documentation
• Collaborate with strategic partners and internal service team to meet SLAs
