Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation is seeking a National Accounts Operations Manager to lead an operations team responsible for resolving facilities maintenance issues promptly and cost-effectively. The role oversees a portfolio of national accounts, drives service excellence, and maintains strong client and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in commercial facilities management, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and PMP certification with Six Sigma or similar credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred or 7–9 years of related experience without a degree.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial facilities/property management with success in leading customer service teams.
• PM/PMO experience and CRM software proficiency.
• PMP required; Six Sigma or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operations team to deliver high-quality service for assigned accounts, meeting company and client objectives while achieving KPIs.
• Manage revenues ranging from $1M–$15M across five to seven national accounts in a multi-state, multi-location market.
• Drive growth targets in sales volume and profitability across multiple national accounts.
