Pleasant Valley Corporation, a leading Commercial Real Estate firm headquartered in Medina, Ohio, seeks an Sr. National Account Operations Manager to oversee national accounts from Akron, OH. This onsite role leads operations, drives service excellence, and strengthens client/vendor relationships across multiple divisions.

The ideal candidate will manage large account portfolios, coordinate teams, and deliver cost-effective facility management solutions while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, or 9–11 years without a degree.
• 7+ years of experience in facilities management or property management with client service leadership.
• Strong CRM, data entry, scheduling, and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the workflow and performance of operations teams supporting assigned national accounts, ensuring high-quality service and KPI achievement.
• Manage $10M–$40M in account revenue, with typical responsibility of $15M–$20M across seven to ten national accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships, oversee escalations and work orders, review bids, and authorize work orders up to $100,000 within guidelines.
• Monitor account workflows and performance metrics, identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Train, coach, and support team members; lead meetings and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
