Responsibilities

• Serve as Operations Relationship Manager for assigned national account(s).
• Coordinate with field delivery, service, engineering, and billing teams to deliver projects on time and within SLA.
• Oversee installation projects and service ticket portfolios for large accounts.
• Provide forecasting information and develop planning documents (SOWs, charters, playbooks).
• Facilitate customer requests related to monitoring, billing, and accounts receivable.
