Responsibilities

• Coordinate support functions for National Account customers.
• Establish relationships with internal customers related to National Accounts.
• Follow up on service, billing and related inquiries with local offices.
• Promote Everon product lines and services.
• Obtain accurate central station information for monitoring and service.
• Assist installation, service and billing teams as needed.
• Perform account audits and updates; process credit adjustments.
• Research and resolve customer issues with branches.
• Possibility of overtime as required.
