Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare insights, seeks a Director, National Accounts to drive the national account strategy for a forthcoming commercial product. You will establish executive relationships with PBMs, GPOs, and national health plans to enable access and value-based arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical, or healthcare organizations.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct national account management experience with responsibility for Payer GPOs, PBMs, National Health Plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive national accounts strategy to support launch readiness and long-term commercial success.
• Lead negotiations and management of rebate, formulary, and value-based agreements with PBMs and health plans.
• Serve as a key contributor to launch planning and commercialization efforts and provide account insights for forecasting, pricing strategy, and patient access programs.
• Represent the company in executive meetings and lead cross-functional collaboration to support national accounts.
