IQVIA Inc. is seeking a Director, National Accounts to lead the national accounts strategy for the organization’s first commercial product. The role demands strong executive engagement with PBMs, GPOs, and national health plans across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid portfolios.

You will shape pricing, contracting, and access strategies while driving cross-functional launch readiness and account performance in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare with national account experience.
• Proven success negotiating Payer GPOs, PBMs, and national health plans.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a nationwide accounts strategy for launch readiness and long-term success.
• Lead executive-level negotiations with PBMs, GPOs, and national payers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape pricing, access, and reimbursement strategies.
• Represent the company at national conferences and drive account planning and performance.
