IQVIA is seeking a Director of National Accounts to develop and execute the national accounts strategy in preparation for and following the launch of a new commercial product. The role leads relationships with PBMs, GPOs and national health plans across Medicare, Medicaid and commercial lines.

As part of Market Access, you will shape pricing, contracting, reimbursement and access strategies, guiding launch readiness and long-term commercial success in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare with national accounts.
• Minimum 5+ years direct national account management with payers (PBMs, GPOs, national plans).

• Develop and implement a national accounts strategy for launch readiness and long-term success.
• Lead executive-level relationships with PBMs, GPOs, and national health plans.
• Negotiate rebates, formulary and value-based contracts with payer organizations.
• Collaborate across functions to support pricing, forecasting, patient access and brand planning.
