IQVIA is seeking a Director, National Accounts to lead the national accounts strategy and execute complex payer contracts across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business.

You will build executive-level relationships with PBMs, GPOs, and national payers, shaping pricing and access strategies to support product adoption and patient access in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical, or healthcare organizations.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct national account management experience with responsibility for Payer GPOs, PBMs, National Health Plans.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive national accounts strategy for launch readiness and long-term success.
• Lead executive-level relationships with PBMs, GPOs, national payers and health plans; negotiate contracts and rebates.
• Provide cross-functional leadership in launch planning, pricing, access programs and brand planning.
• Develop processes and analytics to support national account management within a growing organization.
