Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Manager, National Accounts to support the Ulta specialty retail account. You will liaise between Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Events, Education and Field teams, while coordinating with the retailer's buying/planning teams.

They are responsible for reporting, communications within Charlotte Tilbury, and staying close with Ulta on updates. Reporting to the AVP, National Accounts, the role requires strong follow‑up and analytical skills

• Key support in Ulta team relationships to drive strategic alignment and growth.
• Pull, format, and analyze weekly sales reports and trackers.
• Project manage retail activities with Trade Marketing and Digital Growth teams.
• Maintain calendars, trackers, and promo calendars with internal teams.
