Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager, Retail Planning to support the North American Department Store business. You will translate retailer and product performance into actionable recommendations to optimize replenishment, stock levels, and returns, while managing weekly forecasts and inventory for launches and new doors.

Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain to align account plans with targets and participate in retailer meetings

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial planning or retail planning.
• Ability to translate complex sales and inventory data into clear insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of retail math, forecasting and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookup functions and pivot tables; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build cross-team relationships.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Mansioni

• Analyze retailer, category, SKU and door level sales and inventory to drive sales and optimize weeks of supply.
• Own weekly performance reporting and translate results into insights, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Develop and maintain gross sales forecasts aligned with retail sales and launch plans.
• Manage replenishment recommendations and open-to-buy planning with account teams.
• Oversee inventory planning for new product launches and limited-life SKUs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial and Finance on SKU-level forecasts and targets.
• Align sell-in forecasts with Demand Planning and Supply Chain.
• Own new door opening forecasts and initial inventory profiles.
• Support retailer meetings and cross-functional reviews with analysis and recommendations.
• Improve planning tools and reporting processes with ad hoc analyses.
