Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a National Accounts Manager for Ulta to support the commercial team and coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Marketing, VM, Finance, Events, Education and Field teams.

You will drive reporting, maintain calendars and trackers, and lead strategies to grow the Ulta partnership. Strong analytical skills and fast-paced execution are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment with Ulta to maximize commercial performance.
• Pull, format and analyze weekly sales reports and trackers.
• Project-manage retail activities with Trade Marketing for online and in-store programs.
• Maintain internal calendars, trackers and promo calendars for launches and pricing.
• Support account strategy using retailer.com insights and market data.
• Own assortment files, planogram trackers and retailer communications on pricing.
• Collaborate with VM team on merchandising updates and store openings.
• Lead profitability analyses with Finance for key opportunities.
