Responsibilities

• Develop and support the direct report to ensure high confidence in their output.
• Maintain the daily flow of financial information for a timely month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure accurate completion of month-end close activities across general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
• Conduct pre-close review meetings to highlight concerns.
• Ensure accuracy of income statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure their health and accuracy.
• Deliver analysis, schedules, and reports for assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Partner with Global Finance on intercompany transactions.
• Assist with internal controls and accounting policies to promote governance and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate internal audit processes and ensure timely delivery of audit requests.
• Research technical accounting issues and provide expert guidance.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and New Business Development, the Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the commercial FP&A function for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. - North America. This role partners with both Local and Global Finance teams to ensure a timely and accurate month-end close, integrity of financial records, health of balance sheets, and preparation of useful financial reports. It contributes to building a robust finance function to support the continued growth of the North America business.

Responsibilities
