Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a lead sales professional to directly manage the sales process for a national customer and regional area from Minneapolis, MN, with remote USA options.

Responsibilities include achieving annual sales, trade-spending, and profit goals; analyzing data to drive results; managing broker partners; leading broker teams; and overseeing financials such as SG&A and deductions. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4-6 years of experience selling within the CPG industry.
• 3-5 years of managing national retailers across categories.
• Experience managing broker network preferred (NBM only).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Syndicated Data, Trade Promotion Management.

Responsibilities

• Attainment of annual sales, trade-spending, and profit goals.
• Analyze syndicated and consumption data to help deliver overall goals.
• Manage the business through the Broker Partner to achieve Church & Dwight strategic goals (NBM only).
• Provide leadership, direction and support to broker NBM’s with regard to executing division goals and objectives.
• Responsible for overall financial management (Siebel, Trade Spend, Deductions, Slotting, SG&A).
• Build relationships at senior levels in key customers to maximize CHD results.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing functions.
• Assess talent of the organization on a regular basis and give feedback when necessary.
