Job summary

Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a National Account Manager - CSD in Atlanta, GA to manage regional and national convenience store accounts. You will develop strategic account plans, drive new business while retaining and expanding relationships, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency, with travel across markets and a focus on achieving top-line growth and profitability for the Convenience Store Division.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 5+ years in convenience store or food & beverage sales.
• Proven success managing large national or regional accounts to grow sales in food/beverage sectors.
• Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, sales presentations, and territory management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to think strategically with day-to-day and long-range planning.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT skills; CRM experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development and account management strategy for regional and national store chain accounts within the CSD.
• Identify targets to maintain a pipeline of new opportunities in the convenience store channel.
• Drive growth through prospecting and leveraging relationships to identify opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing; report progress to leadership.
• Monitor account performance metrics and ensure CRM data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver RFPs and customer rollouts; visit customers regularly to build relationships.
