Job summary

Royal Cup, Inc. seeks a National Account Manager - CSD in Charlotte, NC to lead growth across regional and national convenience store accounts. You will hunter and farmer to expand relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate RFPs and product rollouts with cross-functional teams.

You will travel as needed, build strategic account plans, and strive to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in convenience store or food & beverage sales.
• Proven success managing national or regional accounts to drive sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for national and regional store chain accounts.
• Identify targets to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Drive growth through prospecting and leveraging relationships.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal and closing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver RFPs and rollouts.
• Regularly visit customers to build relationships and present new products.
