Royal Cup, Inc. seeks a National Account Manager - CSD to lead regional and national convenience store chain accounts from prospecting through closing.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic account plans, and drive top-line growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Based in Charlotte, NC, this direct-hire role requires 5+ years of experience in CSD or food & beverage, strong negotiation and data-driven selling skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 5+ years in a similar field, preferably CSD/food & beverage
• Proven success managing large national or regional accounts
• Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, and account development
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strategic thinking with day-to-day execution focus
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays; valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for regional and national store chain accounts
• Identify targets to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities in the CSD channel
• Drive new business growth through prospecting and leveraging relationships
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and provide progress updates
• Coordinate RFP submissions and cross-functional project delivery
• Build relationships with decision-makers through regular customer visits
• Analyze account performance metrics and report findings
