You will coordinate documentation, pricing, service coverage, and billing instructions, while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, franchisees, service providers, and AR to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to take ownership of follow-up and coordinate work across cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.
• Strong attention to detail when handling pricing, documentation, account records, and billing requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, customer portals, and work order platforms.

Aufgaben

• Account Launch Ownership: Own and maintain the account launch checklist, timeline, responsibilities, and readiness status through go-live.
• Coordinate required documentation, including agreements, service requirements, COIs, contacts, and billing instructions.
• Confirm approved pricing documented in systems and portals; verify service coverage with Operations.
• Communicate launch requirements to internal teams and service providers; track outstanding items and escalate risks.
• Customer Experience & Communication: serve as central contact for updates, questions, and billing inquiries.
• Track customer concerns with owner, next action, and resolution date; escalate as needed.
• Operations & Billing Coordination: facilitate communication between National Accounts, Operations, franchisees, and AR.
• Monitor open work orders, missing updates, overdue activity, and documentation.
• Coordinate resolution of invoice discrepancies and missing purchase orders.
• Account Health & Performance Tracking: maintain an account health tracker and report status to stakeholders.
