Job summary

SERVCON in Charlotte, NC is seeking a driven National Account Coordinator to support a high-volume national account. You will coordinate work orders, onboarding, compliance, and account administration to keep processes on track.

This role requires strong organization, effective vendor communication, and proactive follow-up in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with the Account Manager, Operations, and vendors to ensure timely updates and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of administrative or vendor coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and professional vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with common business systems and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect qualified vendors to support account needs and growth.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure documentation before activation.
• Maintain accurate vendor records including service areas and contacts.
• Coordinate background checks and site-access badges as needed.
• Receive, log, and help coordinate incoming work orders and emergency requests.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with invoicing issues.
