Job summary

Cover Care is seeking an Account Specialist to grow a national portfolio of commercial and residential customers. This on-site role partners with sales, customer experience, marketing and operations to understand needs, propose tailored solutions and drive long-term retention.

You will identify upsell opportunities, develop plans, negotiate commercial agreements and coordinate with field teams to ensure project success and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical account sales or related field.
• Experience in service/construction/home improvement preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills.
• Commercially minded with experience managing accounts and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Grow and drive revenue for the assigned portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong customer partnerships and negotiate agreements.
• Prepare and approve quotes and guide customers through the sales process.
• Coordinate with field technicians and operations to align project requirements.
• Maintain CRM data, generate reports and support sales teams.
