Fortis Fire & Safety is seeking a strategic, results-driven Strategic Account Executive - National Accounts to join our National Accounts team at the Schaumburg, Illinois headquarters.

The role targets new national and regional opportunities, builds executive relationships, and drives revenue growth across multi-site organizations in various sectors. Travel up to 50% is required, with base salary plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or national account management.
• Experience selling fire protection, life safety, or facility services.
• Comfort engaging executive-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Prospect and engage key decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Present customized solutions aligning Fortis capabilities.
• Negotiate service agreements and renewals.
• Lead account planning for retention and growth.
• Support cross-sell across fire protection, security, and services.
• Travel up to 50%.
