Job summary

Spectrum Brands Pet Care unit seeks an Associate National Account Manager to lead sales and relationship growth with key Retail, Wholesale and Distributor partners across the US. You will drive strategy, forecasts, and program execution to maximize share and profitability.

You will develop annual quotas, create action plans, analyze data, and collaborate with Brand, Product and Trade Marketing teams to drive top-line growth. Travel ~20% is expected; flexible office/home-office options exist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• 5 years in retail field sales and direct account responsibility.
• A minimum of 2-4 years' work experience in consumer products industry.
• High level proficiency working with syndicated data or category management.

• Develop profitable strategies to maximize Spectrum Brands SKU listings and create best-in-class assortments.
• Lead development of annual quotas and profit plans.
