Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience with 3–5 years of job-specific experience.
• Thorough knowledge of flooring products, distribution options, sales strategies and programs is a plus.
• Sales & marketing and product development background and knowledge of manufacturing process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long- and short-term sales strategies for designated flooring products and Floor & Decor account.
• Foster relationships with Floor & Decor to create growth plans and support customer business objectives.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Logistics and Manufacturing to meet market demand and drive profitability.
• Monitor performance against objectives and take action to hit sales targets and programs.
