Delaware Valley Paving is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in national accounts within the paving, concrete, and maintenance sectors. You will hunt for opportunities, open doors, and close deals, collaborating with Estimating, Operations, and Project Management to ensure seamless execution.

This role demands a proven sales track record, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management in construction, facilities management, or B2B services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue, and close new national opportunities.
• Develop and execute outreach plans to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Serve as primary contact for new and existing national clients, driving growth.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align estimates, proposals, and execution with client expectations.
• Maintain ongoing client communication to uncover needs and upsell services.
• Track sales performance metrics to meet growth goals.
• Support VP of Account Management in nationwide growth strategies, renewals, and partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to increase visibility.
