Delaware Valley Paving Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead national construction programs across the U.S., coordinating bidding, procurement, estimating, and project execution for retail, industrial and property management clients.

The role serves as the bridge between customers and internal teams, driving opportunities from initial discussions through closeout, with emphasis on delivering on-time, within-budget outcomes while maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with national retailers, commercial developers, property managers, construction managers, HOAs, and other key national accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national programs and multi-site rollouts.
• Understand customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for additional paving, concrete, and site work at existing sites within the program.
• Manage multiple programs, accounts, and priorities simultaneously across multiple states while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, project management, field crews, regional offices, and leadership to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, issues, schedule changes, and other relevant information to customers.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, proposals, projects, and follow-up activities.
• Identify and evaluate potential project opportunities that align with DVP National Construction's capabilities and business objectives.
• Review bid invitations, scopes of work, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to develop competitive and accurate proposals for single-site and multi-site programs.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, pricing, subcontractor and vendor quotes, and scope development as needed.
• Prepare and submit proposals, bids, change orders, and other customer-facing documentation.
• Maintain awareness of national market conditions, competitor activity, and customer pricing expectations across DVP's service footprint.
