Job summary

Vivant Consultants is seeking an Account Coordinator for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. The role supports Account Executives, generates quotes and proposals, and manages orders and deliveries with procurement experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Design and Project Management to coordinate orders and ensure quotes/orders accuracy. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Commercial Office Furniture and strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related to this position and Commercial Office Furniture Industry experience.
• Experience in preparing quotes and understanding manufacture price structures.

Responsibilities

• Support for Account Executives
• Generate Quotes and Budget Proposals/Project based
• Place, Track, and Manage orders and deliveries (Procurement experience required)
• Coordinate with Sales, Design and Project Management to manage orders
• Ensure accuracy on all client quotes/orders
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal furniture team
• Provide weekly project/quote updates with team
• Strong communication and teamwork
• invoice clients and work with Accounting to ensure invoices are sent
• Time management and self-starting work style
• Follow OE processes
• Take on extra workload
• Demonstrate leadership and train new hires when needed
