Job summary

EventWorks is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator to support the National Account Executive and the sales team in growing existing customers, creating new ones, and delivering exceptional service in Nashville.

In this in-person role, you will manage quotes and rental orders, keep clients informed, and coordinate delivery, install, and invoicing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable speaking with clients, with 1 year in customer service or related roles.

Qualifications

• The SAC needs to be very organized, responsive and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Event-rental experience desired but not mandatory.
• Experience in sales coordination, account management, customer service or rentals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building and revising rental quotes/orders
• Entering client changes accurately
• Checking inventory/availability and flagging conflicts
• Following up on open quotes, contracts, payments, etc.
• Keeping delivery, install, strike, and contact information organized
• Helping prepare layouts, product photos, spec sheets, and client presentations
• Keeping orders organized as events get closer
• Handling smaller/easier client requests so I can focus on the big accounts
• Helping with post-event paperwork and invoicing
