The Account Coordinator - National Accounts supports the National Account Manager on a part time basis in managing key accounts such as Follett, Barnes & Noble, Oak Hall, and University Gear Shop by ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of orders and account-related processes. This role maintains critical item and order data, coordinates workflows across internal teams, and supports reporting and planning efforts that keep accounts running smoothly. By maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication, the Account Coordinator - National Accounts helps ensure operational accuracy, timely fulfillment, and a high-quality customer experience that supports the company's brand and revenue growth.
