Canteen One, located in Minneapolis, is seeking an Account Coordinator for our Client team working with Fortune 500 clients on a national basis. You will support Client Managers with program projects, client initiatives, and escalated service calls while juggling multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• With a Bachelor's degree, six months of advanced customer service experience required; with a HS diploma, three years of experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook; intermediate Excel with calculations like VLookup.
• Experience in ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and report writing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first level escalation for unresolved client issues.
• Resolve installation delays, service and pricing issues.
• Manage projects such as new store openings and client rollouts.
• Communicate client expectations to operations and customer service.
• Prepare and share project status reports with Client Managers.
