Compass Group USA's Canteen One unit in Minneapolis seeks an Account Coordinator to support Client Managers on national Fortune 500 accounts. You will handle program projects, client initiatives, and escalated service calls while juggling multiple accounts and priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• With a Bachelor’s degree, six months of equivalent advanced customer service experience is required; one year preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships.
• Timeliness and accuracy with the ability to prioritize and organize business requirements and workload.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook; intermediate Excel experience with calculations (VLookup).
• Experience in ERP programs (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and report writers is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• First level escalation for unresolved client issues.
• Resolve issues such as installation delays, service problems, pricing or rate issues.
• Resolve disputes between client locations and vendors.
• Manage projects such as new store openings and new client rollouts.
• Communicate the client’s expectations to operations and customer service.
• Determine internal resource requirements of projects based on project needs.
• Establish and communicate a usable schedule.
• Provide project status reports to Client Managers and team members.
• Support activities for Client Manager’s clients, including service issues and catalog item requests.
• Manage assigned lower-volume clients and build client relationships.
• Run reports to verify information and proper system setup and catalog maintenance.
