Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years’ experience in operations/project management.
• Ability to develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams and charts using MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred.
• Able to travel up to 20% to facilities in multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security officer staffing and admin tasks for a national account across North America.
• Conduct QA inspections and manage the direct management team and security officers.
• Ensure resources and posts are filled per contract requirements and post orders.
• Serve as national contract liaison with client representatives to ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee training and deployment of Account Managers, Field Supervisors and Officers.
• Maintain high standards of conduct, appearance, and performance; report status to SVP Operations.
• Communicate contract performance metrics and identify deficiencies promptly.
