Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of operations/project management experience.
• Reports, spreadsheets, diagrams created with MS Word/Excel/Access/SharePoint.
• Travel up to 20% to facilities in Southern California and Nevada; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Security Officer operational staffing requirements and administrative functions for a national account across North America.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections, monitor and manage the direct management team and Security Officers in the region.
• Ensure supervisors understand and deliver orders, allocate resources, and fill posts per contract requirements and post orders.
• Serve as Inter-Con's National contract liaison with client representatives to ensure high-quality service within tight turnaround times.
• Oversee training and operational employment of Account Managers, Field Supervisors and Security Officers.
• Maintain high standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training at all times.
• Keep SVP of Operations informed of contract performance and deficiencies in a timely manner.
