Job summary

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in security contracts management.
• Strong KPI and data analysis skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and administrative functions across security contracts employing roughly 100 Inter-Con employees.
• Keep the Regional Account Manager apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status and identifying deficiencies.
• Support the Regional Account Manager in operational decision-making.
• Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives to improve operations capabilities.
• Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports for executive level consumption.
• Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training.
