Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in operations/project management.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced security operations environment.
• Ability to develop reports and dashboards using MS Office and SharePoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and administrative functions for a large contract in the Renton area.
• Keep SVP of Operations apprised of contract performance and identify deficiencies promptly.
• Support operational decision-making and develop plans for strategic initiatives.
• Compile productivity, SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports for executive review.
• Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training at all times.
