Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a National Account Administration professional to oversee end-to-end client onboarding and ongoing policy amendments. The role partners with cross-functional teams to implement client requests, evaluate benefits, and maintain policy data.

The ideal candidate will leverage advanced Excel skills, build strong client relationships, and manage multiple complex accounts while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

• Ability to develop and maintain effective, professional business relationships with internal colleagues and customers
• In-depth knowledge of Group Insurance products, risk management policies and administrative processes
• Advanced Excel and data management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of National Account business, including new client implementations and ongoing policy amendments
• Provide operational support for large, complex National Account clients
• Partner with Implementation, Client Delivery, Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, Billing and other areas to execute client requests and policy changes
• Evaluate benefit designs, contractual provisions and claims administration requirements
• Configure and maintain policy information, plan builds, class structures, eligibility updates and policy changes
• Coordinate employer communication and contact management structures for absence programs and specialized client requirements
