The ideal candidate will manage multiple systems, follow established procedures, and resolve complex requests while providing timely updates to client teams. On-site work and a 40-hour week are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to find and resolve data inconsistencies in detailed documents and systems.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Experience interacting with partners via email and chat.
• Ability to manage large caseloads and meet short deadlines.
• Experience in operations, banking, account management or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform offboarding of accounts and review required account documentation
• Find requirements and complete account closure activities
• Review and approve documentation by confirming distribution plans, approvals, and supporting documents
• Initiate and monitor asset or cash movement
• Research, follow up on, and resolve complex routine requests
• Track account activity and resolve open items through completion
• Identify process risks and opportunities for improvement
• Address quality-review gaps and elevate risks or improvement opportunities
• Respond to moderately complex client inquiries across multiple channels
• Provide client teams with updates on request status, outstanding requirements, and completion outcomes
• Understand end-to-end process flows, controls, risks, and upstream/downstream impacts
• Provide operations support to internal business partners and external clients
• Assist in training less experienced team members
