Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is recruiting a National Account Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end administration of National Account business, including new client implementations and policy amendments.

You will work with multiple teams to ensure accurate policy administration and strong client service. The role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex contractual provisions and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of National Account business for new client implementations and policy amendments.
• Provide operational support for large, complex National Account clients with accuracy and service focus.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Client Delivery, Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, Billing and other areas.
• Consult with stakeholders on benefit designs, provisions, and claims administration needs.
