Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage onboarding and maintenance of client accounts. You will verify documentation, assess risk, and ensure adherence to written guidelines while coordinating with internal partners.

The role requires handling a high volume of requests, using Excel for data analysis, and navigating multiple banking systems to resolve data issues quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience, studies, or knowledge in operations, banking, account management and customer service
• Basic understanding of account opening process and policies
• Experience finding and resolving data inconsistencies in highly detailed client provided documents and internal bank systems
• Experience following standard operating procedures
• Experience interacting with partners via email and chat
• Financial Center experience
• Experience handling heavy caseloads and executing tasks within the same day up to 24 hours
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create lists and track results
• Experience using multiple systems and applications to complete individual tasks accurately and efficiently
• Ability to apply knowledge to improve processes

Responsibilities

• Perform onboarding or maintenance of accounts by confirming accuracy, completeness and risk assessment of documentation or client account information
• Find criteria to approve or decline account-opening requests according to established written guidelines and procedures
• Research and resolve data errors by applying procedures and engaging support partners when needed
• Respond to internal business partner inquiries via email and escalates challenging issues to leadership
• Independently manage a caseload of onboarding or maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks by due dates and other factors
• Develop understanding of process flow, key steps, basic process controls, and upstream/downstream activities
