Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of National Account business including new client implementations and policy amendments.
• Provide operational support for large, complex National Account clients with accuracy and service excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute client requests and policy changes.
• Configure and maintain policy information in administrative systems and ensure compliance.
• Analyze client requirements and translate into operational and claims solutions.
