Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of National Account business.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Client Delivery, Underwriting, Claims and Billing to execute client requests.
• Configure policy information, plan builds, and eligibility updates in systems.
• Analyze census data and support billing adjustments.
