Job summary

HCSC is seeking a skilled professional to support Account Management in renewing clients within an assigned book of business. You will interact with brokers and clients, research inquiries, and prepare reports to enable informed proposals.

Responsibilities include coordinating research with internal teams, maintaining databases, and assisting enrollment sessions. The role requires a license within 90 days, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and PC skills.

Qualifications

  • Must have State General Agent Insurance License or obtain State General Agent Insurance License within 90 days of starting in the role
  • Bachelor Degree and 1 year of experience in health insurance/health care field in a service/sales/marketing position involving initiative and decision-making OR 3 years of experience in health insurance/health care field in a service/sales/marketing position involving initiative and decision-making
  • Organizational and project implementation skills, phone customer service skills, presentation skills
  • Verbal and written communications skills to interact to interact with internal and external contacts
  • PC proficiency to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint. and sales system
  • Willingness and ability for occasional travel
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred

  • Research and prepare utilization reports. Summarize and analyze results
  • Respond to questions from prospects regarding benefit information and available benefit options.
  • Obtain and maintain Texas Life/Health license
  • May include travel to client meetings, health fairs and enrollment meetings

This position is hybrid 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week remote. This role will be based out of the Austin Sales Office. Responsible For Supporting Sales Or Account Management Personnel In The Prospecting. Acquiring Or Renewing Of Business. Compensation

$66,400.00 - $99,600.00
