This is a Hybrid role, three days in office/client visits and two days remote
This position is responsible for ensuring continued and increased growth by negotiating renewals or selling products and services to existing customers, including Hospital clients, understanding customer needs, and providing customer support. Ability to travel. Manage block of existing accounts to meet retention targets. Identify customer insurance needs and service needs and successfully meet those needs. Establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with existing accounts. Act as point of contact for issues/concerns and serve as liaison between the company and other principals in resolving inquiries regarding all issues of concern. Block of accounts will include Hospital accounts which have unique needs and custom requirements that necessitate out of the box thinking, research of requested capabilities, complex problem solving and development of creative solutions. Analyze utilization reports to determine best mix of products to meet customer needs. Work closely with internal departments to provide answers and service to customers. Maintain current knowledge of HCSC products, services, systems, and processes. Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products and insurance trends. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc. along with internal provider teams. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business. Maintain effective communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested by the appropriate Marketing Manager.
Compensation: $56,900.00 - $85,300.00
