Job summary

Chase Associates Ltd in the United States is seeking a National Account Manager for a privately-owned, fast-growing domestic manufacturer of high-end packaging solutions. You will own a large national account, drive strategy, and deepen relationships across multiple brands.

The role requires 3–5 years NAM experience, strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration, and regular visits to plants/offices with travel around 50% depending on location.

Our client is a privately-owned and dynamically growing domestic manufacturer of high-end, custom packaging solutions. They’re looking for a National Account Manager to join their growing NAM team and support one of the organizations' largest customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing a large key national account
• Proactively identifying pain points & opportunities for expanding their packaging footprint within the account
• Developing and executing business strategy and account plans
• Continuously improving customer service & engagement

What We're Looking For:

• Plastic Packaging sales experience is strongly preferred (custom flexible or rigid, ideally sold to a major Food or another CPG customer)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of National/Key account management experience is a must
• Strong experience managing complex accounts with multiple brands or lines of products, strategic account growth, contract negotiation, and relationship management
• Ability to navigate multi-level customer relationships and manage multiple customer projects
• This role requires regular customer visits to multiple plants /offices, and travel will vary depending on your location (about 50%)
